We had a lovely experience as a family with a baby. The room was spacious and immaculate. The breakfast was a delightful spread, with fresh options like scrambled eggs and muffins that everyone loved. Plus, the location made it easy to jump to the city for some sightseeing.
My kids wished for a quieter atmosphere, especially in the evening when some guests got a bit loud outside. It would be great if the hotel implemented some noise control measures to maintain a peaceful environment for families.

The Queen Room was clean and recently remodeled, with comfy beds that made for a good night's sleep. However, there was a lot of noise from the trains, which was a bit bothersome at times. Overall, it was a decent stay but could be better if soundproofing improved.

We really enjoyed the beautiful outdoor pool and the spacious, clean room. It was so convenient being so close to the airport and all the restaurants nearby.
In my wife’s opinion, having more kid-friendly dining options would have been nice. We had to go out for meals more often than we expected.

Convenient location near shops and comfy beds! The fridge was a lifesaver, and the room was a decent size.
However, the bathroom was moldy—definitely not the spa experience I was hoping for!

The outdoor area is charming, showcasing a swimming pool and a cafe. Breakfast featured a decent variety, especially with multiple egg options. Staff provided outstanding customer service, accommodating early check-in and check-out requirements, which made a significant difference during my travel day. However, noise from the nearby highway may disturb light sleepers, and some TV channels weren’t tuning well. Overall, the experience was pleasant but highlighted these few shortcomings.

missingWrote a review on Sept 22comfy bedgreat foodbuffet breakfastparking feeinsecure window
After a long flight, I found a spot that was easy to get to and close by. The bar had a barman who made the night enjoyable with his service. The buffet breakfast worked well for me, setting a nice tone for my trip.
The parking fee felt unreasonable. I accessed the breakfast area, but there was some dish missing that I wanted. The room had a window that seemed insecure, which worried me a bit.

The stay was comfortable overall, especially appreciating the spacious Queen Room we had. The breakfast provided a good variety, setting us up for our day of exploring the local attractions. However, we faced a few minor inconveniences, such as a lack of shuttle service which made our trip to the airport a bit more challenging than anticipated.

The fried fish at Poke Lab Fish Bar was an absolute dream, a culinary delight! And don’t sleep on the breakfast spread here, it’s a solid start to your day and sets the vibe for exploring. Plus, the restaurant’s got decent bites for any meal, just a hop away!
But watch out for all the late arrivals rolling their suitcases past your room—it’s a rude awakening every time! And a lift would be a blessing for those of us who found the stairs a bit much after a long day.

I stayed here for a quick night before catching a flight. The breakfast was genuinely good, offering a nice variety of options, and my room was comfortable with new bedding. However, the lack of daily housekeeping was a bit disappointing, and I noticed that the floors could use a little more attention. Overall, it's a decent spot for short stays.
